How buying, delivery, warranty, returns and trade-ins work at MAFFS Mobile — in the shop and online.
Updated 22 September 2026
Thank you for choosing MAFFS Mobile. These terms apply to every device, accessory and service we sell, and to every device we buy or take in trade — whether you visit the shop, order through this website, or have your order delivered to you.
Your invoice or order confirmation records the details of your particular purchase: the items, the IMEI, the price, any warranty period, and any agreed payment date. Where it records something specific, that takes precedence. Everything else is set out here.
An invoice is our record of the sale and delivery of the goods listed on it. It is not a legal instrument, and nothing on this page is a substitute for advice on your own circumstances.
Almost every phone we list is a single physical unit rather than stock from a shelf, so placing an order really means reserving that particular device. The steps are:
The advance holds the device for 3 hours. If it does not reach us within that window, the reservation lapses and the device returns to the website for other buyers.
We are sorry to say that the advance cannot be refunded if you decide to cancel. It takes a unit off the shelf and turns other buyers away for as long as it is held, and we hope you will understand why we ask for that commitment before we stop offering the device to anyone else.
Your order page shows, at any time, what has been paid, what remains, and where your order has reached.
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees. The delivery charge is applied once per order at checkout, and our team may adjust it before the final invoice where the actual cost differs.
Ownership of the goods remains with us until payment is received in full. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Where a balance falls due on a later date, that date is recorded on your invoice or order, together with any charge agreed for late payment. Recovery and legal costs on an overdue amount are payable by the buyer.
A dishonoured cheque or a reversed transfer leaves the sale unpaid and attracts the bank's charges. Dishonour of a cheque issued in payment is an offence under section 489-F of the Pakistan Penal Code.
We deliver across Pakistan, and you are equally welcome to collect from the shop. You can choose either at checkout.
Your order is dispatched once payment is settled as agreed on your order. Delivery times depend on the courier and the destination, and your order page carries the tracking details once the parcel is on its way.
Please do check that the delivery address and phone number on your order are correct, and that someone will be available to receive the parcel. Where a delivery fails because the details were incorrect or nobody was available, the additional charge for sending it again is payable by the buyer.
Every order is filmed from the moment it is packed until it is sealed. The recording shows the device powering on, its touch response, Face ID or fingerprint unlock, and both cameras working, along with the accessories going into the box.
The video is attached to your order page so you can watch it yourself, and we keep our own copy for 7 days after dispatch.
We hope it is never needed. It is there so that, if a question ever arises, neither of us has to rely on memory — the recording simply shows the condition the device was in when it left us.
Once a parcel is handed to the courier it travels outside our control, and we are not in a position to accept claims for damage that happens in transit. We would ask for your help here, because it protects you every bit as much as it protects us:
If the courier brings you a parcel that is already open or visibly damaged, please refuse it, or have the rider note the damage before you accept it.
Without a recording of the parcel being opened, there is unfortunately no way for either of us to establish where the damage happened, and a claim for transit damage cannot be assessed.
Please check the device as soon as it is in your hands, however you bought it. We ask every customer to look at the same four things:
Buying at the shop: please check before you leave. We are happy to help you test it at the counter.
Delivered order: please check when it arrives, and tell us the same day if something is not right.
By accepting the goods you confirm they were inspected and accepted in the condition described. No verbal assurance or promise that is not recorded on your invoice or order forms part of the sale.
Pre-owned and open-box devices are sold as they are, in the condition described at the time of sale and accepted when you received the device. Cosmetic marks, battery health and normal wear are part of a used device rather than faults in it.
Where a device's grade, battery health or fault history is stated on the listing or at the counter, that statement is the condition you are buying — not the condition of a new device.
Warranty cover is limited to the item, period and fault described on your invoice or order, and is our sole liability for that item.
Our standard cover on phones is seven days, board backup only. That means we cover a fault on the device's main board within seven days of purchase. It does not extend to any other part, and it does not start again on repair or replacement.
Warranty is not transferable. It belongs to the person named on the invoice or order, and it ends if the device is sold, returned or traded back to us.
Nothing in these terms affects any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
Warranty does not extend to:
A device presented with water or physical damage carries no claim, regardless of when it was bought.
If a fault appears within seven days of delivery, please tell us. Our team will review it against your order details, and where the fault is confirmed the price of the device is refunded in full.
Delivery charges are not refundable, and the cost of returning a device to us is borne by the buyer. The device is what we stand behind; the courier's charges are not ours to give back.
Where an exchange is offered, it is available against your invoice or order, with the complete box and accessories, for the reason stated in your warranty terms.
Devices with water damage, physical damage, opened or tampered seals, or repair by a third party are not eligible for return or exchange.
The IMEI recorded on your invoice is the identity of the device we sold you. Please check it against the device when you receive it.
PTA registration status is as stated at the time of sale. Any registration or duty payable after delivery is the buyer's responsibility under PTA and DIRBS rules.
Blacklist warranty applies to factory unlocked and PTA-approved devices only. JV devices carry no blacklist warranty and no claim if they are later blocked. Where a listing or an invoice says JV, that is what you are buying.
When you sell or trade a device to us, you confirm that you are its lawful owner, that it is free from any theft report, lien, claim or dispute, and that you have the right to sell it.
Once a device is sold, returned or traded back to us, any invoice, receipt or warranty document we issued you for that device is cancelled and has no further effect. You keep no warranty right, claim or interest in it.
We record the seller's identity on every device we buy, so you will need your CNIC.
Please back up and erase your personal data before handing any device to us — for sale, for trade-in, or for repair — and remove all account locks, including iCloud and Google accounts.
We accept no liability for data left on a device handed to us, or for data lost during repair or service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a sale will not exceed the invoice value of the item the claim relates to.
We are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Errors and omissions excepted. Please raise any objection to the contents of an invoice or order in writing within seven days of issue.
These terms, and every sale made under them, are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gujranwala.
Ask before you buy rather than after. The team answers on support, and returns and warranty help covers what to do when something is wrong.
